As an employee for Riddley Commercial Cleaning LLC, I learn many things about the whole company, that Riddley doesn't have an employer and employee dynamic but more of treating you more little family. For example, when I had some medical issues regarding my wife, they were concerned about her well-being and stressed that I should be there by her side. Suppose there was a problem at the job. He always took the time to listen and come up with a solution to the problem and help me move on and continue my work. That is when I realize that Jim, the President of Riddley Commercial Cleaning, and his daughter

We have very specific needs. That means the optimal cleaning schedule for our use is complicated. Some areas need to be cleaned monthly due to very low traffic, obviously others need detailed, weekly treatment. Riddley worked with us to build those rhythms so that we got exactly what we needed. Nothing more. Nothing less. Their pricing was much (much!) more affordable for us, because of their ability to personalize our service. I'd certainly recommend them to others.

Jim took great care of us, during the initial quote phase he spent time ensuring we understand the scope of work that needs to be performed and set clear expectations with us regarding the needs of our location. Not only was the communication on point, but the work they did was top notch. We came into work after the first cleaning not realizing that we had clear windows all along, it was astounding the detail him and his team put into cleaning our facility. WOW!! Jim sent the cavalry for the first cleaning. The crew did an amazing job and instilled confidence that I was a Valued Client, not "just a customer". They went over and above to make sure the place looked great. I was skeptical, because I thought it was easy enought for me to clean up, when needed. What I realized is that my time is much better spent than cleaning and they do a MUCH better job than I ever did!! My employees came in Monday morning and were very impressed with how clean it was. I may fess up - I may not... Thanks Jim and Melissa and Julio - GREAT job!!
