Eric and Shaun did an awesome job!! I called just two days before the appointment and Eric accommodated me even with an early time in the morning (which I preferred). He talked me through the process on the phone and then again when he came in with his special light to check for pet spots! It was pretty neat to see the areas that needed the most treatment. He spot treated those areas at a super affordable rate, then deep cleaned and overall he had the best pricing in the area when I researched. They do carpet repairs as well so I know I’ll be using Eric’s company again in the future. They were

The first three pictures are the damage my dog did to my carpet. The last one is beautiful and awesome work done by David! I highly recommend using this company for any pet damage as 6 other companies told me it couldn’t be fixed. It was done in a timely manner, it looks better than expected and it was very cost friendly. I am not at all disappointed and David will be my go to if I ever need another repair. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the way they left my carpet. I was desperate due to one room’s carpet being extremely dirty with a urine stain and odor. I called and Eric said they could squeeze me in the next morning. He warned me that if there were any red or orange stains they may not be able to completely eradicate the stain and I understood however, all major stains were gone even one I thought wouldn’t come out, the odor is gone, and my home smells refresh. This is my second time getting my carpet cleaned by them and I will continue to use them. Not to mention their customer

I just had my carpets cleaned, sanitized, and treated for pet odors today by Eric. Eric did a fantastic job! He arrived within two hours of my calling him and was very thorough, all the while explaining the complete process to me. All my carpets were cleaned within an hour and a half. Speedy job and great price, lower than other companies I called for estimates. Eric even cleaned my walk in closet and hallway free of charge. I was very impressed by the job done today and will definitely call again for periodic cleanings. Thanks Eric!
