Just called and asked to speak to someone about switching my service to WC Eshenaur and son, I was transferred, stated my request again, transferred again and sent to voicemail. I would think a potential client would warrant 5-star service. I stated in the voicemail that I'll take my business elsewhere, that's ridiculous.

Horrible service. Our AC unit was not functioning properly, so we had a emergency visit from a service tech who did nothing to diagnose the problem and told use we were not "adjusting the thermostat correctly" which was causing it to not hold the temp. Approx one week later, the unit began to malfunction again. The next call placed for after hour service resulted in a very rude tech who was asking me a million questions trying to avoid coming. My husband spoke to him and he insisted the fan (which was running) was broken, or possibly the compressor. He stated there was no use on him
