Mike One Call showed up on very short notice to repair my central air conditioning unit (outside unit) after I had called 4 other companies for 24 hour emergency repair and not one returned my call. Mike called me back within 2 minutes after leaving a message and was at my home within the hour where he conducted a thorough inspection to diagnose my AC problem and he was able to fix it without costing me a small fortune. I will keep Mike One Call's number on speed dial for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs! I highly recommend Mike's One Call!

We called Mike because we didn't want a company that has a lot of overhead to pay out and then I feel like the customer gets way over charged. Mike came within 15 minutes of calling him. (Of course he is one town over from us) He was here about 20 minutes and he explained everything as he was working. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable in what he was doing and very professional. We were pleased with the price and would definitely recommend him to others. While he was here we found out that he also does air conditioning and plumbing. Of course his number is now permanently in my phone.

Very detailed and is a great problem solver. I have used Mike’s One Call for many years and he has diagnosed each issue and got them fixed. From our pilot light going out on our furnace on the coldest day of the year, to our air conditioning going out on the hottest day of the year… which was apparently a squirrel chewing through the wires.
I do want to address the “elephant in the room”, the 1 star rating in this feed , from “The Browns, Esq.”

AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Called Mike and was very pleased with his service. He found the problem and had the unit up and running within one half hour of his arrival. Rapid response, quick and friendly service! Mike got here fast and got my A/C working again on the hottest weekend of the year. Not only did he fix the problem, he also showed me why things were freezing up and taught me a little about some common issues with central air in older homes. Very impressed with Mike and will be contacting him the next time I need my A/C serviced.

I strongly suggest this man for any HVAC needs. Mike is thorough in his work- very helpful, professional, and informative. I had a tech from another company check my HVAC unit this past summer, for what turned out to be a bad compressor, however that tech lacked the said qualities, and also misdiagnosed the actual problem with the compressor. This is a testament to Mike's attention to details, diligence, and follow through. He kept me up to speed with all the information he found out, and made me aware of how a compressor works too. If I wouldn't have contacted Mike, I wouldn't have known the true

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. He has been the only person to service our unit for 24 years! He always explains what the problem is and what is required to make it right. He fixes things properly and doesn't put a band-aid on it! He gives great advice, and I never have to worry that he is taking advantage of me. He is professional and courteous and ALWAYS comes when I call! You can't go wrong here! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I recently worked with Mike, through a client who was buying a new home. Mike came to give us estimates on the HVAC and also look over some issues on an inspection report. He was amazing to work with. He explained so much during his visit, but also gave us so many tips and ideas on how better to use the home's systems, so that they can operate more efficiently, thus helping the home owner save even more money. I didn't feel he was pushy, he wasn't there to just make a buck, Mike really took the time to investigate issues and find a solution. He'll be our family's go to guy from this point forward
