The owner really should not talk to customers he does not listen and can be very rude. They used Fabuloso and WATER ON MY HARDWOOD FLOOORS. I was specific when I made the appointment that I did not want water used on my floors.I called them back the same day asked them to come and mop the floors with the cleaning solution that I provided and he refused. Simple fix he says that they use this on other people's floors and they don't complain but it is what I asked for and now I have to get someone else to do the same job that I have already spent time getting them to do and he has the nerve to want

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. We recently moved into our home. Prior to moving in, I paid Ross and his crew over $500 for a deep clean ahead of our move-in. When I moved into the home two days later, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the so-called services rendered. The backsplash was covered in old oil. I'm pretty sure it wasn't even touched! The baseboards and window sills were still dirty. I found corner after corner with dirt and cobwebs. It was like they did absolutely NOTHING! I took several photos and texted them to Ross directly asking for a partial refund. Do you think

North Atlanta cleaning is an awesome house cleaning service in gwinnett. Their maids always do a fantastic job. They clean several of our rentals and no matter if the cleanings are deep cleanings, routine or even carpet cleaning I know they will so a superb job on our property.

I have a rental property in Lawrenceville, GA that was almost destroyed by the tenants. The cleaners did a great job deep cleaning the kitchen (oven/fridge), and bathrooms. The property was a complete mess, and I was amazed at how well the cleaners were able to restore my place. Ross the owner even visited afterwards and put in more time cleaning behind the stove and fridge, which is normally extra. I highly recommend Ross and his team.
