These people are crooks. While I was away the water softener failed. They told my wife she needed and complete new system and charged full price. When it failed in 2015 they told me the resin tower was more than 10 years old. When confronted with the bill/receipt they told us someone else had done the crime. THE HANDWRITING ON THE BILLS IS IDENTICAL.
I gave them the opportunity to resolve this and they lied to the State's Attorney.
