I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.

Terry, Fred, and the guys came out within a couple of days of my estimate to install a two-stage Trane split system (condenser, coil, and gas furnace) that most companies in the valley told me they could not acquire. They accommodated me on short notice, and they installed the latest ecobee smart thermostat (with room sensor) at my request. Everything is working great, and I can see that the thermostat is showing accurate readings including whether stage 1 or stage 2 cooling is being used. Will do future business with King Plumbing and recommend them to my friends!

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that, but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house. They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me. Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service. This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed some help. So I Yelped out. A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap). Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one. So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation. Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC. Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly. I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning. Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned. Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said "someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water

I used this company for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I actually found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I was so happy with my service! My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.

They installed a new hot water heater for our home last summer and were professional, friendly, courteous, informative and very competitively priced.
