Our community pool had major plumbing leaks and issues, wasting a lot of water. The waters leak were not visible but our billed usage was extremely high. Smith's plumbing was amazing!! A fellow co-worker highly recommended them and we are thrilled to have this new vendor. They were extremely knowledgeable about pool plumbing, had impressive equipment to find the leaks and do the job right and I have never seen a crew work with such a hustle and bustle while working! They also found time to fix a toilet and help a resident that had a leak. We highly recommend Smith's Plumbing!

After paying a significant amount for a new water heater in March, it suddenly stopped working on Sunday. When I called to have them come out they said they couldn’t come out because no parts warehouse was open (although they clearly didn’t know if parts were needed). They finally arrived late on Monday and said they couldn’t fix the problem because they didn’t know why it wasn’t getting power. So I called the electrician who responded quickly and replaced the fuse that the plumber said was fine and we had hot water again. Smith plumbing had no problem responding on a weekend to install

I AM AMAZED!!! I called and the woman was very nice, she was able to set up an appointment for 1 hour from now with Scott. Then Scott gave me a call and asked me questions about my plumbing issue (clogged sink, draino didn't work, garbage disposal not running). He actually TALKED ME THROUGH fixing the disposal myself OVER THE PHONE in five minutes and didn't charge me a dime! He even took the time to text me a picture of a disposer wrench since I'm so clueless I barely know what a wrench looks like. He could have charged me 90$ to do it himself and I wouldn't have known any better. I am so impressed
