I noticed a soft spot on my drywall and instantly feared the worst. I contacted Second opinion plumbing and within a couple of hours Brandon came to inspect the damage. He said it was not an active leak and the water damage was from our shower leaking into the drywall and recommended a couple alternatives for repair. Kyle was at our house to install a pump and new mister system on our back patio. He was quick to fit me in on his way home to give me an estimate over the phone as I was hoping to have it set up by the following weekend when I got home. Kyle with Second Opinion Plumbing removed our old broken water heater, installed a tankless water heater, fixed some plumbing in the garage, and installed a backyard mister system. The work was perfect. He was professional, quick, easy to work with. I really appreciated how quick he responded to our need and how he explained everything.
