After being taken advantaged of and deceived by a prior contractor, I was anxious about hiring another company to fix someone else’s un-permitted gas line hack job.
When I contacted My Essential Plumber, Jay was extremely quick to respond. He came out on a Friday night to start planning to ensure the job would be done properly and under a permit.
Jay is so incredibly knowledgeable, fair and hard-working. There’s no job too big or too small- Jay will get the job done!

Jay was great! I needed a toilet fixed after getting new floors, it was no longer flush to the floor and wobbled. Jay came out within 30 minutes of me calling to see what needed to be done to fix the issue. I also asked about another issue I was having and Jay looked at the issue and told me he didn’t notice anything wrong and didn’t feel comfortable charging me to do that service as he doesn’t see an issue. It’s nice to have someone that doesn’t just take your money because they can. My toilet is now all fixed and not a single wobble.

While trying to remove a corroded water hose, I accidentally removed the entire water spigot and had a bit of an emergency on my hands. I called Jay with My Essential Plumber and was fortunate enough to catch him leaving a job. He came over in 15 mins and took care of replacing my water spigot and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any of the services offered. Thank you once again and will definitely use them in the future!

Recently the Go Gilbert Facebook page members did an interview/video with Jay, which is how I heard of him. As a Realtor I am always looking for good quality vendors and like to hire them personally before I refer them out to our clients. Jay was very nice, professional, on time and was very responsive. Jay was amazing! I discovered my pipe issue on Saturday afternoon, he was able to get here on Sunday morning. I avoided a costly repair because of this efficiency. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very reasonable prices, high quality, speedy, super friendly service.
