While on vacation the main water line feeding the house started leaking, a lot. My neighbors let me know and shut off the water at the street. Joel from EZ Flow showed up and explained everything thoroughly to me. He just spent a couple days digging up my yard to try and find where the pipe T was that fed my house and yard. He was careful to dig around our many bushes and our huge sycamore tree which I appreciated. I thought for sure we were going to loose half our plants but Joel took his time, did it right, and got everything fixed. Thanks so much!

Called them on a Monday morning and the technician was over at the address within 30 minutes of me calling. He helped identify the main issue we were dealing with and was very thorough in explaining every step of the procedure. Very professional and reasonably priced. I had plumbing issue's with my sewer line. I had a hard time working with the repair person, but his supervisor stepped in and took over. from there the service was great. Over all this company has a good team, and they are dependable, and on time. I would call on them again in the future.
