The founder and owner of Roques Plumbing, Saul Roque, has been in the industry for 13 years perfecting his craft. We also install Tankless Water Heaters, also known as demand-type or instantaneous water heaters, which provide hot water only as it is needed. They don't produce the standby energy losses associated with storage water heaters, which can save you money. Tankless water heaters heat water directly without the use of a storage tank.

I called first thing on a Saturday to see about replacing a leaking water heater. Saul said he could have someone out between 12 and 1, and if I sent a photo of the existing one he could provide an estimate beforehand. I texted him a photo and he told me the price. It was fair for a last minute weekend call. He and Mario showed up early (after texting to communicate they'd be there early), did the job quickly and professionally, and cleaned up afterward.

We needed our water heater updated and brought up to current codes. Found Saul on Yelp and saw he had great reviews. I requested a quote and they came out the same day to inspect our situation. Received a quote on the spot, but I wanted to get a second opinion/quote since I'm not savvy regarding plumbing costs. 2nd quote came in and I immediately contacted Roques Plumbing to set up removal and install of new water heater. Appointment was set for the following morning and he even texted that morning to let me know they were on their way. Install was quick and they mopped up all excess water

This company is fantastic!! I never leave yelp reviews but after speaking with a couple other companies for quotes it was very apparent who was the most honest and fair! I had my garbage disposal clogged and looked over yelp to find someone who could help me "STAT". I sent an email via Yelp and Saul replied after 20 mins . He was flexible and was able to work and accomodate with my schedule. They were able fix the problem of my garbage disposal fast. Thank you very much!! I had a water heater emergency, was messaging few places for quotes at 10pm and Saul was very prompt with all his replies. Got 3 quotes and this was the best price. They came in the next morning to look at the water heater leak, replaced it with brand new one within a few hours. Professional, prompt, and smooth service.

I was at my local Barbershop; just after they were allowed to open due to COVID-19. I was the first customer they had since closing down. I noticed water on the floor and damp towels on the ground. I guess when they turned on their water, a leak began under the sink. They couldn't stop the leak so a bucket was placed under the sink to collect the dripping water. I had an issue with over working my garbage disposal and of course clogging it. I called for help at 7pm to Roques and they were 1 of 4 that came right out and did an amazing quick job to fix it and took care of cleanup very well also. I found my plumber for any and all future needs. On top of it all the plumber was a nice guy. That always helps!

Excellent and honest plumber!
Very reliable in terms of scheduling, and they even called me three hours before to say they were free to come over early if I wanted them to.
Very friendly and professional. They kept the working area very clean and organized.
