Look out Tough Clean! You guys have gained a new recurring customer. I was referred to this company by one of their partner companies. I worked with Gregory and he did an amazing job cleaning 4 rooms and my very large area rug. I called and scheduled an appointment for my carpet to be cleaned and the customer service was really good. They are polite and nice on the phone. When the guy came to my home, he was in uniform and wore protective covers over his shoes. My carpet was stained from wearing shoes, having a pet and it was just old in general. When he was done, it looked so much better! It has been a while now and my carpet still looks good and does not have the same old carpet smell like it did before tough clean came to service my home.
