Colby and his crew were amazing. They provided excellent service from the initial contact with Colby to the finished roof. Colby was very helpful answering questions, communicating with the insurance company, and was always very responsive. His crew took measures to protect our yard and surrounding areas during the project as well as the cleanup afterwards. They were able to begin early that Sunday morning and had it completed and everything cleaned up by that afternoon. Colby was very attentive at overseeing everything and even came by on Sunday afternoon once his crew had completed the roof install

Colby and his company offered an outstanding job and amazing customer service. He made it a brainless job for me. He was very professional. I am happy to hardly recommend Kelsey Elite Services. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Mr. Kelsey helped make the whole process so easy from beginning to end. He dealt with the insurance company; guided in picking out the best design and color of the singles, and even came back after the roofers were finished to do another thorough sweep of the property picking up any stray nails.

This was one of the best experiences I have had as a homeowner needing repairs. Colby is an outstanding business owner and his crew is professional and do outstanding work. They replaced my roof and got everything within the new code requirements sugar land has now. He worked with my insurance and I had no hassle with the insurance for the repairs that needed to be done. I always recommend him when people ask me about roofing.
