Trenchless sewer repair is the newest technology to replace a sewer line without digging. The alternative for sewer line repair or sewer line replacement is excavation. Trenchless pipe repair and trenchless pipe replacement allow us to use the existing openings to the sewer or water line to reline the broken sewer pipe or broken water pipe and make your pipe like new with an interior sleeve.

Arrived mercifully earlier then expected and handled the emergency quickly, masterfully and without complaint despite having to haul an industrial size drain cleaner up and down my properties "unique" layout which includes 55 wooden steps and a seasonally snow covered bride. Gotta love the mountains.

Called Rick O'Brien from
Crestline Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to clear out main drain which was backing up (again) due to tree roots going through pipe. He said he'd charge $200 to clear the drain. He arrived on time and ran his drain cleaner through, said it should be good now, THEN ran a camera down and when it came to the root blockage it was clear that little had changed. The blockage was covering 90+% of the of the passage, and the roots were very thin and tiny, but there were a LOT of them. He said maybe

Had a problem with my pull down kitchen faucet with leaks occurring under the sink. He gave some advice that it is common that these faucets get leaks from the nozzle back into the line where the hose drops back into. He said check the retainer of the nozzle and see if it is not tight against the nozzle. Sure enough, it was. I tightened it and checking for leaks, but I think that did it. He said he didn't want to drive and charge me for something the home owner can do. What does that tell you?

Nice people and Rick responds quickly always taking my calls...on the other hand I paid over 1200 to have a water softening system and reverse osmosis that I brought with me to my new home installed (labor only). The reverse osmosis leaked two days in a row and I had to call them back to fix. By the third call back, the unit was still not working and under my sink still was soaking wet. They removed the system and it back the soap dispenser but didn't refund the fees for work that failed horribly. Crestline Pumping worked with me to get my lift station pumped out. I had to call a few times to get them because they were busy. They kept their word and showed up (sometimes with plumbers that can be hit and miss). Mick the owner, Misty the dispatch person, and Howard and his crew member were all friendly. The next time I have a clean out of my system I'll be calling them for sure.
