My water heater “died” on a Friday evening. I had family arriving the next day and needed to get it replaced as soon as possible. My neighbor who has used BJ for years recommended I call him. I called BJ and he said he would be there Saturday morning at 8. He arrived promptly at 8 and had a new water heater installed by 11 am. His prices are very reasonable His cost was less than Home Depot for a smaller tank with installation for an after hours job. I would have been waiting for over a week for HD to install it. I use BJ for maintenance with all of our major appliances.

Service personnel showed up on time but did not check anything and left with a recommendation of coil cleanup. Sounded fishy - how someone can recommend without even checking it? Call to schedule the coil cleanup - they would not respond. We Call another company and they fix it with simple filter change. Do not trust this company unless you get lucky with rare good service professional. I would not recommend.

I would not recommend all serve services, to anyone. Their Rep. Has one thing in mind, and thats to sell you everything he possibly can. According to him, I had no option, but purchase a whole new system. I got a second opinion, and two hours later my unit was up and running, and the gentleman, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor.easy fix, and much less expensive.

Our AC went out when temperatures were between 96-102 degrees, so we called our warranty company and they sent out a different HVAC company in the SL Valley. They diagnosed our problem and said that we needed to replace our entire compressor, drain all the freon and recharge the entire system. Based on my experience with this individual, my gut was telling me to get a second opinion. We called our warranty company back and let them know that we were not satisfied with the answer and something felt off based on his diagnosis and what he was telling us. This company is a joke, and they are completely dishonest. We were forced to work with them through our home warranty company. They were scheduled to come out and fix the blower for the AC and never showed up. After fighting with the home warranty people they eventually got these guys to show up 3 days later.

This company is terrible. They are contracted through our home warranty company. The tech was an hour late without calling and said that the road to my home was closed and he wouldn’t make it to my house. Not true, traffic was down to one lane for construction but he wouldn’t wait for the flagger to let him through. I took the road after he said it was closed and I just waited 4 minutes.
He spent 5 minutes diagnosing my AC which he said the coil needed to be cleaned. He said that he was too busy to do it and we would have to pay someone else $300-$400 to do it. When I asked about the compressor

I was really pleased with the service I received today on my ac unit! The gentleman that came out to my house was extremely informative and honest. He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need when he knew it would be a quick fix on my ac unit. I would definitely recommend him and this company to everyone and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

Man how can people give good reviews to this guy. Extremely Shady and not honest at all. Lies about everything that is going on. He kept trying to stay alone in the basement... kept telling me keep me a few minutes hinting to leave him alone... what for? I had to get a second opinion and it was completely different. A liar and a thief. Stay away from him.
