I have used Harvey heating for a long time, they are a small company and can provide a great value compared to some of the bigger companies. Their service tech is amazing and has helped out on short notice many times. If you want a good job done and need a new furnace or AC i would certainly recommend them.

Did not return calls. Showed up randomly a few days later without any notice. Lacked the most basic of troubleshooting skills (didn't even turn on the thermostat to see what the issue was). Claimed the unit was frozen (but didn't even know where the unit was when he came back, and once again, didn't even turn on the thermostat to check the problem). After explaining the situation to our building owner he finally got Steve back out a couple weeks later to look at it again. It was very obvious he had not completed any productive work the last time he was here because he claimed he never knew the

Same day service when my AC went out in 100 degree weather. They have now returned to replace a 20+ year old furnace and water heater (at my request - Steve did not push replacing them when he looked at the AC). Service was efficient, clean (that put down tarps and swept up after themselves), and performed on the day and appointment time that we had agreed to.
