I gave this company a call after being quoted 7,000$ by another company to fix my a/c (and this wouldn't be for another day or two) that wasn't working. My house was near 85 degrees when I called North Star, they sent out an amazing rep named Anthony. He came out within a half hour of my phone call and had my ac unit fixed and working in 10 minutes and he installed a new thermostat - I was only charged $330 for everything. I couldn't recommend this place enough, specifically Anthony. He was very professional, kind, honest, quick and efficient. Will use him for any future needs!

They are crooks! They come to your home and think they can take you for all that you are worth. Their people are unexperienced and they don’t know how to do nothing. There are bad reviews for this company saying they are liars and they are. No good! They nickel and dime and try to wreck my system. Same day heating and air more honorable. Go there!

North Star Tech George arrived on time and provided great customer service. Walked through the A/C inspection to reveal the problem and then replaced the old worn out capacitor. I didn't even notice that on the bill he waived the service call fee $59.00, so I only paid for the part he replaced. Highly recommend to anyone to use them for any A/C and heating service.

I literally can not say enough good things about this company. I had previously worked with another company and it was night and day. My technician was Anthony and he was AMAZING. I had them go to my moms furnace too. My mom is an elderly widow, something the other company took advantage of to the tune of literally thousands of dollars. Installed a furnace to big for the house, pipes not up to code, I could go on and on.
