Paul Brother's was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Our A/C went out on a Sunday and Derrick (owner) was able to get us an appointment for the following day. Our motor had gone bad and he was able to replace it during our appointment and we were back in business! We will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs. Honest company!!! True story, I had another company come out last month when my AC didn’t turn on. After some time the tech said my AC was burned out and I needed a complete replacement at a cost of $4,500. I called Paul brothers for a second opinion and didn’t tell them I already had someone out the day before. Scott came out and diagnosed the system and found out it was a small part and my system

After 2 weekends of 100 degree temperatures my AC was shot. I called 2 different large companies who gave me outrageous prices and told me I needed to replace the system.
Through some sort of luck I then called Paul Brothers. They came the same day I called. They told me what was ACTUALLY wrong with my AC and didn’t try to sell me anything or rip me off. Also, as a woman I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to mansplain anything to me and just show me how they got to the diagnosis just like they would anyone else.

We rent a house and a company the property management company use's is Paul Brothers , Derrick has been out to our house before , gave the owners a bid to replace some things , they never got the work , but guess who was at my house last night , getting the ac fixed on a unit they didn't get the bid for ? Yes Derrick was there got everything handled , we had a great cool night last night and many more to come , if they would have got the bid , I am sure Derrick would not have to make a service call last night because it would have been done right the first time , as the the old saying goes ? (

Wow!! Great service, speed, professionalism, and price. I used their scheduling tool on their website and they got back to me right away. Scott showed up on time and diagnosed the issue quickly, provided me with the quote, and completed the repairs in timely fashion. He answered all my questions regarding the repair as well as several other question regarding our AC and Heating. We will definitely use Paul Brothers for our next AC/Heating needs.

These guys are the real deal. Scott Paul came to check out my issue fast, and explained in detail what the issue was, and provided a fair quote on the repair. Unlike the bigger company's who just want you to buy all new equipment, or pay higher repair costs when not necessary. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. I found these guys by chance and am SO happy I did. Derrick came out on a Sunday (within less than an hour, I think), to help me with my furnace that was running but not blowing heat - no crazy weekend or "after hours" charges to do so! He helped me with my furnace that was locked out, and then taught me a few things I can do myself even for when any issues arise and gave me some tips for where to find some better filters for my needs as well. Super nice person. Really kind and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I hired the Paul Brothers to come give a second opinion after a shady visit I had with another company. Long story short, I was told I needed two new heat exchangers ($2,800), and that my igniter was broken. Because the heat excahngers were "bad" the "service" tech would not replace the igniter and my house was without heat after they left.
Scott was punctual, helpful, gave me a visual inspection of everything the other company had lied to me about, and fixed my furnace. He spent 45 minutes making sure that everything was working, no fuses were broken, and making general improvements

I just bought a house over the summer and after getting home from a small family vacation my house was freezing. Found out the heater was shot and needed to be replaced after getting two opinions. I priced several companies and Paul Brothers not only was the most affordable, they were the only company that installed on the weekend. To make them even better, we had a small issue on a Sunday and they were there within an hour to take care of it at no charge. Scott and his brother are amazing to work with and I highly recommend them. Couldn't be more pleased!
