I scheduled some home warranty work to repair a hot water heater that was faulting. I negotiated additional work to be performed: install 2 toilets I purchased, and a hot water recirculator. Eric quoted a fair price and completed all of the tasks quickly. The finished products look good (toilets caulked in), had no leaks or unexpected noises, and worked perfectly. I will use Eric again if we need plumbing work. It's an added bonus that he's friendly and easy to talk to!
