My House Renovation was GREAT! From the beginning to the end of this process, they made sure that we understood exactly what was going to happen, was happening, and what had happened. The owner, Bjorn Metzger, made it his business to communicate with us everyday, whether the team was actually working on the roof or not, and kept me up to date about what to expect with inspections, necessary extra repairs (our house is over 50 years old), and expected time of completion. Micah, who we spoke with initially, worked closely with us to make sure that the financing worked for us.The workers on the job

We are very happy with our new roof! I would recommend MHR for roof replacement. Workers were very polite. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because our gutters were not cleaned as promised and we have had to pick up nails from our property. Very minor to me but not fun stepping on nails. I will consider MHR for any future home improvement projects! Great job!

My House Renovations replaced our windows and gigantic patio door this spring and it has made a huge difference. Not only in the curb appeal (and equity!) of our house, but the windows also reduce the temperature in our house about 10 degrees, which is priceless during this heatwave! The products as well as the craftsmanship they offer are the highest quality. I was home with my toddler while they were completing our project and the crew were so considerate and polite and made me feel very comfortable - even in tight quarters. It has taken me almost a year to see all their mistakes. I had a new roof and windows put in last year, and it was never a pleasant experience. To start off, after the initial contract signing and a start date decided on I got tired of calling and asking when they would start because they hadn't been able to order my widows, so I went down in person to talk to them about it and was told that the salesmen and one of the managers would come to my house (in 2 days) to talk about other options ( paint and siding instead of windows). This company came to my house offering an estimate. When they called to schedule appointment, they were very pushy and actually obnoxious. I said I need a roof, I plan to get it done soon and I would like an estimate. They refuse to do this without scheduling a meeting with my wife and me for at least an hour to give us "bonus offers". I said I am not buying a time share, if you want my business, give me a quote. They refused. If I have this much trouble getting a quote, I am sure once we get into a project, I will have the same problems other reviewers have in getting resolution. Their way or

We were disappointed with this company: workmanship was OK, but service was less than expected. They did a very small project at our house, approx. $5,000. Initially everything seemed OK, the scheduler was responsive, the superintendent walked the site with us and seemed to understand what we wanted, and the workmanship by the actual laborers was very nice. My biggest complaint is that the company scheduled our project as after-hours work for their crew. After working 10+ hours at a large commercial jobsite, the superintendent would come and do 2 more hours at our place in 100+ degree summer afternoons
