I'd love to provide a review, but after one full week, I have not received a bid from the estimator as promised. I needed a new roof, and I was open to what type to apply, however, in all honesty, I was never given a chance to discuss all the options and applications at length. Not only did the estimator show up early, without any options, but he was also here five minutes and he left in a complete hurry. He must have had another appointment to attend. Some people have greener money after all. Smile!

Our roof got trashed by that big storm that knocked down trees and power-lines throughout Sacramento a few months back.
My realtor recommended Noah's Roofing, and well, with no other recommendations I went with them.
Steve and Joyce were so nice to work with, the whole process was a pleasure.
I was told that the entire job would take 2 days, which to me seemed extremely quick but then again, I'm not a roofing expert! What did matter was we were about to be hit by another storm on day 3 so it was really important for the roof to get done in that timeline!

First and most importantly, they quoted us on the Certainteed Diamond Deck synthetic felt only on original paperwork. Upon installation I noticed that it was GAF vs. Certainties. The paperwork was revised only after I had spoken with Steve. I did request a couple times that they remove Certainteed Diamond Deck felt and put on the GAF, but instead they just added a additional verbage so they could legally substitute.
I still have original paperwork.
So i asked them why they did not install what was on the quote and that i wanted to know the price difference and a credit if the price point was

My roof was scheduled with Steve and executed promptly on time! To me what is more important is "Quality" over money. Even though I got 5 estimates, Steve's was the best. Original contact call was answered the same day, estimate clear & concise. Steve kept us in the loop at all times, showing up as scheduled with job completed when expected.
Clean up on both days was spot on. Passed inspection with flying colors.
Don't let your eyesight confuse you, Steve and his brother look like twins.

We had a great experience with Steve and Noah's Roofing. During the bid process he provided a lot of valuable information and suggestions. He gave an estimate on his first visit and it was very competitive. He held true to the start date he promised as well. Once the job started his guys were very conscience and hard working. We stayed on time and on budget and any changes were clearly communicated. After the job the grounds were cleaned up nicely and the roof passed inspection no problem. I would highly recommend Noah's Roofing!

I have to go give it a one star because I too have yet to get my estimate. Steve seemed nice, pleasant did go on my roof. But maybe he hasn't given me my estimate due to the fact that I'm thinking on doing my roof in the spring time. I did call back once and spoke to a lady answering his phone and her response was that she has been on him about getting back to doing his quotes. I waited long enough time to keep searching for more quotes I'm sure someone will need and want my business.

I called to request an estimate and scheduled an appointment for Steve to go take a look at a duplex that needed a new roof. I didn't need to be there (this is a rental property) and was told I'd receive an estimate a few days following my appointment. I waited for the estimate to arrive and followed with phone calls twice. I've never received a call back and never received the estimate. I'm not even sure if Steve went to look at the property because I haven't heard hide nor hair from anybody at Noah's.
