I don't really write reviews for businesses, but our amazing experience with Trent and Katie warrants it. I am seriously so impressed by the work done by this company. We just moved in to a new rental, and the floors were the worst I've ever seen. You put your foot on the ground and it's right away black. We had been wearing shoes in the house because it was that bad.
I saw the good reviews on this place and decided to give them a call.
Katie was extremely helpful, patient, and informational. She even sounds like a super chill person too haha.
Anyway, like 3 hours later Trent shows up and starts

Purchased a GroupOn and tried to schedule in July 2020. They were conscientiously not scheduling except for vacant homes during one of the rise in COVID19 cases here. GroupOn expired in September but they honored it as previously discussed. Katie, co-owner, was very courteous, professional and honest.
Just had them out beginning of October to clean tile and 4 rooms of carpeting. Trent was professional (mask and booties) as he reviewed the areas, described what he could and couldn't do. Fair price above the GroupON from my opinion and experience.

What a wonderful experience we had with Trent, the owner. We were supposed to have new tile installed and because the store, who shall remain unnamed, did not have enough tile, we decided to cancel the order. We then made a decision to look for someone to clean the tile instead as we were bummed that the tile we thought we were getting was no more. We were able to schedule the cleaning of the tile the next morning, and at the last moment, decided to have the carpets cleaned too. The next morning, promptly at 8, the doorbell rang. Even though Trent was supposed to start with the carpet, I was not

What a great company! Found them via a Groupon deal! Katie was great when I spoke to her on the phone regarding scheduling and keeping updated as to when Trent would arrive. I was given a 12-1 pm arrival time. Trent arrived promptly at noon. He immediately went to work and cleaned the tile and grout in my house. I work from home and at no time was I inconvenienced with having a worker present. He was fast, efficient, and thorough! His work was top notch. The grout and tile are sparkling clean. I would highly recommend Phoenix Tile and Carpet Cleaning! Will definitely use them again!!
