Installation is professional and clean. Unfortunately, the price hick is outrageous. Sold me a $120 WiFi controller for $320. Which he never came back to install or get it to work with my new unit as promised. Requested a refund and provided false promises on 3 separate times. It’s almost 2 months and no refund. He did call me back 1 time with an attitude as if I was the one at fault for his unprofessional response.

Leon is amazing! He previously fixed our heater, was a complete professional and it didn't cost a small fortune. His company was the only call I needed to make when our heater went out again. He had a complete install that Saturday but said he would come over after. WHAT?? Same day service? True to his word, Leon called me at 6:00 pm. It was an easy fix for him and we had heat 10 minutes later. Thank you Leon for being an awesome person.

Worse service ever, don't waste your time in money this place is a nightmare they are going to come just ones and if they need to replace or repair what is supposed to have warranty they wanna do sh, it's been a while that I call for the part that was replaced to be replaced again I left a message several times they didn't answer any of my calls, I have to hire a different company reliable efficient and responsible, business are made to satisfy customers, you won't ever ever ever ever be satisfied with the service, if they can't handle a business simple closed down instead

I never had to use a HVAC as an emergency before. I called him and he came that day, which I know can't always happen, but it helped so much in this situation. He was easy to talk to, understanding, and explained what he did each step. Even after hearing me run on and on and ask question he was very helpful and professional.
This situation requires a small fix and he didn't charge me except for service call. I would use again, and recommend any day. Thanks so much if you read this.

Just had my air ducts cleaned today February 17th, used their service Leon came in time worked in the air duct. Did a great great job and really friendly guy won't disappoint you give him a try you won't regret it, I will use his service again and refer him strongly. His prices are also reasonable and competitive. Happy customer.

Two months ago, I got a new A/C and furnace system installed. I called Leo to him what was going on as well as sending pictures of what the thermostat was reading. As I progressed to explaining the issue I was experiencing, he responded in a rude and negative way in addition with some curse words which should be totally unacceptable and unprofessional. To "solve the problem" he simply said he would send someone when they have the time, no apologies or in no rush to come out and fix it. I then called Senior Leo and all he said was he would send someone out but it has been two weeks since then and

Leon and his crew did a fantastic job in installing our new A/C and furnace system!! He is extremely knowledgeable and is a true expert in his field. When the initial estimate took place, he was honest and didn't try to charge more as other companies that I requested estimates. Air-Link Mechanical will always be my choice for all my maintenance. Leon came to my house last night at about seven in the evening ...checked out my system figured out the problem said The circuit board had to be replaced ...he said he would have to pick one up and would be back in the morning to repair my furnace ...he replace the circuit board And now everything works fine he did an excellent job great customer service skills The price he charged me for the parts work and the repair was Reasonable will definitely be using him in the future if needed thanks for the great job Leon

Leon is great!! He was able to recommend a system that was perfect for our home and our needs!! We went with a split unit system at his recommendation and could not be happier!!! He went above and beyond when it came to installing the unit. We live outside of town and nothing ever goes easy. He is very thorough and a pleasure to work with!! If you have any hearing or cooling needs I would call Leon!!!

Had to change from 5 to 1 because the problem returned and is now worse. Walk-in cooler quit working completely. They won’t return calls and have poor customer service. Now have to spend more money to fix the problem they caused and fix the original problem. Do not recommend.
Prompt customer service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Was able to fix the problem less than quoted. Happily satisfied

Leon did a great job in this custom concealed mini split install in our Cliff May house and it's by far the best solution we have seen for this type of house.
It was a fixed bid job and I believe he ran out of money on this job. He didn't finish the full commissioning with setting up the unit for the static pressure and we never got the MIRV13 filter we purchase from him.
We can live with these small short comings because it was relatively easy for us to complete ourselves.
I wish he would have talked straight up to us about losing money instead of going dark. Craftsmanship is great
