Full disclosure, Chris is a personal acquaintance, however he is such a nice guy and I'm so happy with the work he has done that I wanted to take a minute to recommend him. He is always helpful in dealing with our REALLY old a/c unit that my property manager is too cheap to replace. He won't overcharge you or give you the runaround or try to sell you on anything you don't need. Thanks Chris!

A friend of mine refer me to Brock Heating with kind words and I accept him to replace the airconditioner unit and the furnace back in August 2020. To my great shocking surprise the owner didn't check on the work that has been done, so when the Palmdale Inspector came the first time found six errors to be corrected, the owner send an employee to check on the errors never bother to show-up and shows respect, so the inspector came the second time and found one error left uncorrected. So frustrated with people want job, give him a job on a good faith value and still not good enough mind none

These guys are amazing! I was working with a home warranty company, which can be difficult. They helped through the whole process of getting my unit replaced. They were responsive, empathetic ( no heat during the holidays) and very knowledgeable. They got the old unit out, the new one in and all in day. They followed up with another side job and were just overall really good guys. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone, especially in this small community where it can be hard to find quality services. Thanks guys!!

Chris and the team are exceptional at what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and even more than that, very personable. Customer service is something that seems to be becoming extinct within the technical service industry however, I'm happy to say, Brock Heating and Air are class act within the industry. We had several other unreliable HVAC companies make promises and never deliver. Chris and the team at Brock were able to successfully diagnose the problem and implement a solution before our 28 degree night temperatures began. Pricing is fair, and service is impeccable. Highly recommended

On 19 May 2020 I had a Oak Tree fall on my house. The subcontractor provided the general contractor was Brock Heating and Air.
Kent and Joe Brock of Brock heating and air did all of the inside repairs on my house. Painting, dry wall, and window replacement. Kent and Joe are awesome folks and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly! They are two of the best people to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done to their home or business, it would be hard to find better.
I would also like to add, that they had to remove the siding on my gabled

Seriously, look no further for your AC repair needs. We've mistakenly gone to other companies before using Brock and were not happy with the results. After that bad experience, we had Chris from Brock replace our AC unit and he did a great job. They removed our old unit and installed the new one in no time and at a reasonable price. He even took off some of the price - saving us money. I don't typically write reviews for companies, but felt compelled to with them. Trust me...you won't be sorry if you go with Brock.

It's hard to express how strongly we feel, when that feeling is so high with appreciation for what your company did for us. We realized Saturday late afternoon something was wrong with the heater. Was it the thermostat? The unit? Why does that fan make sounds but the house is not heating up. After going through our (worthless!) home protection agency, we discovered due to the weekend time and it being before a Monday holiday, it was unlikely we'd get help unnoticed Monday, if then. I am so glad I called Christopher Brock, who is the owner of Brock Heating & Air. Not only was he prompt in giving me an appointment, but he called me to let me know he was on his way. He was able to correct the issue with my A/C condensation pipe quickly. Chris is your man if you need your A/C serviced! I will definitely let all of my friends and family know he is the "very best!"

Was referred to BH&A by Fidelity National, my home warranty company. When I called to set up my appointment Chris was pleasant and was ready to provide a convenient same day appointment. Which is unheard of in the repair business. Chris arrived about 20 minutes later- diagnosed the issue - a blown motor. Chris went back to his shop and even more amazing got the part and returned and made the repairs and the heat was back on! Great service - pleasant and completed the job!
