I won't hesitate to recommend this company! They are courteous over the phone and put me at ease at how their tech will wear a mask and respect space within the house.
We are in Lancaster and have gotten Jeff the last few times we needed service. He will give tips on how to keep the system running efficiently. He's made me aware of issues that could come up so that I won't be surprised, especially when it comes to cost. I trust this company & will continue to be a customer.

Scammers. This guys were trying to rip me off. A guy with a truck tattoo on one of his calfs showed up. He said the condenser fan motor and capacitor had to be replaced. It was replaced, when it was turned on and the air didn't feel cold he said it was because the air ducts needed to cool down. I have no experience with ac systems so I took his word for it. He left and the ac stayed on all night but it didn't feel like the house cold down at all. I came back a week later and turn the ac on but after 2 hours of running the temperate wasn't going down at all. I called them and they said someone would

At first, I was not sure about MJ Mech but looking at the reviews one consistent theme was they were honest. I asked for a quote and then it became apparent why there was this buzz about them.
Working with MJ Mech was a breeze. The quoted rates were reasonable. He came on time to complete my cooler & AC maintenance. Surely will call them back again as they are trustworthy and efficient.

I have had these guys out every since I moved into my new home. They installed my cooler and they come out at least twice a year to help maintain it. They always come quickly and their work is very efficient. They are always honest and will tell you what is wrong without trying to raise the rates. There has been times when they came out to replace a float or unclog a line and did not even charge me for the visit. These are great people with great work ethics. I will never use another company as long as they are in business. Thank you!!!

I was forced to hire a company to fix my heater since my home warranty wouldn't cover it. I got multiple quotes for the new repair, however MJ mechanical was the only company to take the time to try and trouble shoot the problem with me over the phone. Once that didn't work, they set up an appointment for me a few days later. When they arrived, they discovered multiple issues with my unit. They quoted me a cheaper price than the previous two business's that came out, and MJ's was going to replace more parts.

Just had MJ Mechanical install a new HVAC system to replace my 22 year old unit. All ducts were also upgraded/replaced. We are extremely pleased with the result and how smoothly the install went. Matt and his crew are exceptionally prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and competent. They showed up when promised (not a common thing with many contractors) and kept to the promised schedule with minimal disruption to our normal routine. I'd recommend MJ to anyone with an HVAC issue.

I thaught that this guy is reliable, not untill now that I realized that he is not reliable, and dependable. If he gives you his business card don't take it, because if you called the number on the card he will not answer you, it is a lady that will answer the phone and she will promise you that Mat will call you back soon, but he will never call you back. I have been calling the number for almost 5 days now but he never get back to me. The guy is not serious, don't hire him.

MJ is one of a kind. I reached out to him to service my AC in Cerritos. He was unable to as it is too far for him. However he is such a good honest person which is so hard to find in the HVAC business, that he offered a free 2nd opinion after I had someone come out. If you are lucky enough to be in his service area, I would always go with him.

GREAT COMPANY. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Matt, Jamie and all the crew were friendly, thorough and kept me in the loop. Our split-unit just died after 8.5 months. Matt sent out a couple guys several times. No one could figure out the problem. They did the manufacturer tech support calls several times and did everything tech support suggested over a series of calls. Tech support ran out of ideas and this morning Matt and a 3 man crew came and switched out the unit within an hour. We appreciate the hard work from all of you. I would definately recommend!

From a property management stand point I highly recommend to use MJ Mechanical for HVAC issues. Lancaster and Palmdale have extreme weather conditions and they understand the immediate needs of having cool ac or warm air. The office is very happy to make the appointments and will explain the issue with detail with you. Jeff, the tech was fast , on time & efficient. They are a licensed vendor & prices are reasonable !

Another great experience with MJ! Kenny was our tech, and he found that our problem was a freon leak due to a loose connection; as well as a bad capacitor. He worked for quite a while in the blazing heat without complaint, and answered all of our annoying questions as we hovered(we had put a lot of fruitless DIY work into fixing it, so we wanted to see what the problem actually was).
He made our 20 year old unit run like new!
