Because of his expertise and experience, before he arrived Justin, already had a good idea of what the problem was and brought the part to fix it. He confirmed his diagnosis of the issue and fixed it, explaining both the solution and the cost. He also documented on the hot water heater what had been done, for future reference. All around, great person to work with and great job.

I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air. They are locally based and offer quality service. The office staff was nice and answered all of my questions. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week. The tech was great. He called and asked if we were ready for him to come. He then let us know when he would arrive. The tech showed up when he said he would which is important! The tech also wore a mask, which we appreciated! He explained what he was going to do, then what he did do and how things looked. I loved that he wasn’t bothered by our barking dog and pet him too!! My favorite
