BMC installed a new air conditioning system in our home and did a fantastic job with a difficult installation.
in order to get the air handler in the Attic they had to disassemble it and reassemble in the Attic.
we have had them come a couple times a year to service the unit and replace material and they are always extremely responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced.

I found this company off of Angie's List with nothing but the highest reviews. I was a new customer without AC on a Saturday at my property in Maryland. The service manager Beth was super responsive on her day off (you could tell she was with family in the background) and made sure I had a service call that day since I had no AC in the summer EVEN though I was a new customer. Mark the owner came out and took care of it for me. Beth was super chipper and honestly some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The estimator arrived in reasonable time. Was professional, thorough, and very knowledgable. He contacted me with in a few days to give me an estimate and unlike the other 8 or 9 companies that had come to look at it and either not ever contacted me back, or couldn't do it, he said it would be no problem! I received the estimate in the mail fully detailing what they planned to do and which unit was going to be installed. Even had a few pages of detailed explanation of the unit, it's capabilities, and dimensions! Above and beyond what was required. The following week contractor arrived on time,
