Our toilet wasn't flushing right, so we called manhattan sewer drain. He showed up and after snaking it, the snake wasn't grabbing. He put a camera down and was able to see the contractors who recently re-did my bathroom ended up dumping the tile grout down the toilet. He then was able to take his jet machine and blast it all out. It works great now! I will totally call these guys again if there's any issues!

I called in the morning, to set up an appointment for the sewer and other drains to be cleaned. Manny was able to set it up for later in the morning. What I liked is that I received emails along the way, like at one point he was a little delayed at another location, so my appointment was adjusted, just by an hour or so. As soon as Manny was done there, I received an email that he was on his way, and he still made it within the original time slot. There was one problem area, which he was able to tackle. He worked fast and cleaned everything out. Another upside; Manny is very nice and personable

These guys are awesome, called them yesterday because my whole house was backing up, kitchen sink, bath tub, toilet, they were able to send a plumber out to me who arrived within an hour, and unclogged everything within 15 minutes! Was e-mailed my invoice as well! Great pricing and customer service, would definitely recommend!

I sent them a photo of my leaky sink on Saturday and they replied shortly after with an estimate of $290, for three replacement parts and the labor. I made an appointment for Monday at 9:30 a.m. but didn't realize that they were going to call to confirm. They called at 8:00 a.m. but I was sleeping and didn't hear the phone. After calling once more, they cancelled my appointment, which I discovered 45 minutes later when I woke up and checked my voice mail. That was the only stumble in an otherwise positive experience. Highly recommend Manny. He is real friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, and finished the job quickly. In the mean time, he continued to educate me throughout the job to help me prevent the same problem again. I particularly appreciated his concerns of the cleanliness of the house throughout the job!!! Finally the price he charged is fair. What more can I ask for?! Manny is THE man! My toilet drained on a Friday night and my super was unavailable. I relentlessly emailed and phoned every plumber in the city. They were either unavailable or kept me on hold for nearly 20+ minutes. Manny immediately phoned me back and told me he could be there in an hour. He wasn't there in an hour. He was there in LESS than an hour. Without hesitation, he quickly resolved the issue! I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Manny came on short notice after another plumber cancelled on me at the last minute on my only day off. He was punctual and professional. He cleared a blockage in the plumbing of my kitchen sink and replaced some parts. I feel fortunate to have found him after a quick google search. The slow-moving drain in the tub went to completely clogged with standing water-Yuck! My super wasn't available so decided to find a plumber on my own and found Manhattan Sewer. Based on Yelp reviews called Manny & called me back right away, and was here the next day and problem solved in no time. I felt the price was reasonable and told me that if I had any problems in the next 30 days, he would come back to fix it at no charge. PS- I had to change the time of our first appointment due to work, and Manny was very accommodating. Will absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!

Had a clog that the building couldn't clear fairly late at night. Called and Manny arrived about 30 min later almost at 11 PM. He immediately got to work in a very professional manner, explaining everything as he worked quickly. From sending an image of the issue, Manny knew exactly what tools to bring, and had the foresight to know that I needed an additional 2 pipes replaced. He even went as far as to alert me of a possible issue that will need the building's attention. I'm so thankful to have had this first experience with such an outstanding plumber and will always turn to Manny for any future needs.

I called Manny Wednesday night around 8PM and he got back to me right away with the best price of all the plumbers I spoke to. He was very responsive and informative. He was upfront and direct with what needed to be fixed and his price was unbeatable!
Even thought I didn't end up using Manny's service due to timing issues, (I needed a plumber asap but he couldn't get to me until 11AM the next morning) I would still recommend him!

Manny lived up to his reputation. He came promptly and assessed the situation without beating about the bush. He was honest enough to say that I don't need any work done at this time as the ejector pump is working fine.
Wow - what a relief to find such an honest plumber!

Manny was amazing. He is the Drain Doctor for sure. He just left after quickly assessing the problem, then clearing the clog which another plumber had spent 2 hours trying to get at with a snake. Manny was here for 15 minutes. I am so pleased with Manny's professionalism and service. Highly recommended. He is the man!

I have a old claw tub and the drainage was worsening day to day. I tried Draino, enzymes, as well as snaking it myself without any success. I realized it was time to call in reinforcements so i took to google looking for a plumber close to my apt (LES). I found ManhattanSewerDrain.com, explained the problem and Manny gave me an estimate on the phone and emailed me a service request in PDF. He was able to solve the problem using a commercial snake machine. He was on time, friendly and professional and at a very fair price for manhattan. Thank you !
