Tonight my daughter and wife called while I was at work and said the house felt like a day at the beach. It was 86 degrees in the house. At about 6pm I called Bear Comfort and a set of technicians were at my door by 6:30. These two gentlemen were polite, respectful and practiced social distancing. They wore masks as they spoke to my wife and assured her they would find the problem and have our house cooling off before they left.

I have been a long term customer of Bear Comfort H&A. They have serviced and repair multiple issues at my home for the last few years. After several years of good service, I have seen the customer service and repair quality diminish over the last two years. Most recently, I called and left two voice messages on two separate days and have yet to be called back(called 5 days ago). I am very disappointed in their service and have chosen to purse another HVAC vendor.

I called in this morning and left a message. I was called back soon after and they even scheduled me for a time later that day (I thought i was going to have to wait until tomorrow). Upon arriving home, i was greeted by the technician, Justin, who was assigned to my project. Just was very professional, knowledgeable, and funny. He fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure all systems were running to manufacturers' specs, he didn't try to gouge me and sell unnecessary parts. I am very happy with the service Justin and Bear Comfort provided. I will definitely recommend to a friend and

I think other HVAC companies should be scared. This company definitely charges less than other companies I've hired, and they were responsive with service time. I have already shared their info with a few friends.
The tech who helped us, Justin, spent time explaining things to me so we can get better performance from our system, and he told me how I could do some maintenance myself if I wanted to. Just that one tip saved me nearly 90 bucks!
I am definitely going to get a quote on replacement of our HCAC duct hoses & some other things we have in mind to improve our house and comfort

We've used Bear Comfort for years, and Ray has always treated us fairly and honestly. He's done a great job in keeping our AC units and furnace units running with minimum amount of parts replaced.
I just called them early this morning because our downstairs AC was not working properly. Ray's son, who also works at Bear, arrived bright and early. in no time at all, he had discovered the problem and replaced the part! The costs were reasonable, and we know that the problem has actually been taken care of.
I would definitely recommend Bear Comfort to anyone and everyone, family
