After attempting to contact several other AC repair companies, Omar is the only one who answered and came that day to diagnose the problem. He was able to get a new AC unit installed the next day and was on time. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

Attention to detail would be minor comment when speaking about the work Mr.Omar does! I’ve never been so comfortable with an air condition service! I own an apartment complex in lithonia and was expecting to be raked across the coals but no! Not at all!! The cost and experience was great! He gives you tips so you can solve your own minor problems without making you feel slow lol I highly recommend!

Mr. Monroe provided excellent service and expertise. I purchased a ductless ac unit. It was supposed to be a diy project but after reading over the instructions I knew it was too much for me. I contacted several of the companies that run commercials on a regular basis. None of them wanted to come out because I purchased my own equipment. After finding several positive reviews for Mr. Monroe I contacted him during his off hours. I explained my situation to Mr. Monroe and he agreed to come and take a look on a Sunday. Mr. Monroe agreed to install the equipment and kept me informed along the way.

Service was great - diagnosed what we needed, was very honest, installed all in one day. Came back out to test once it was hotter to make sure AC working well. I texted a few weeks later thinking it wasn’t working (ended up being user error!) and he showed up within 30minutes to make sure it was in fact working. Would absolutely recommend due to excellent service, honesty, and competitive pricing.

We had a Great experience and expert service with Monroe Heating & Air. We had a new furnace and hot water heater installed on the same day. The job was done quickly and efficiently. All areas were left clean and tidy. The best part was the ending cost was exactly what was quoted from the start.
