We just(August 2015) had Miles Construction do a complete kitchen remodel on our 1954 Mpls. home and we love the new kitchen. I had a horrible experience with Mr. Dave Miles. He was the general contractor on a total remodel in Edina. He decided that he deserved all of the money on the job, even though he didn't actually do any work on the house. He screwed his sub contractors out of the money that IS STILL owed to them..He owes money for the jobs that were completed, and the other contractors and suppliers will hear about this. I hope he never contracts again and pays his subs..This act of thievery will stand without repercussions.. Good luck with ALSIDE, United Building Products, Gulf, any inspector, and any potential

I had storm damage, Dave was a gem of a guy to help me out with my roof.
Upon inspecting the roof he said "call your insurance company you have damage".
Then he offered to meet with the insurance man and they inspected my roof, the roof
was a total loss, and had Miles Construction do the work, let me tell you what a roof!
Very Happy with the work, top grade material used and great workmanship !

Dave miles remodeled 16 decks for our Townhome project. He repair the siding and caulked around our windows, doors, and roofing. Dave supervised the job and was finished on time. Dave remodeled my kitchen except for the cabinets that I got elsewhere which was
my choice from the start. He took on the project and did an wonderful job from start to finish. He helped me tremendously when my cabinets had space up in the ceiling because my ceiling was uneven. He was able to fix it and made it look like part of
the trim. I don't know what I would have done if he didn't come up with the idea to fix it. He was very curtious, prompt, and always returned my calls. I would recomment Miles Construction to anyone!

I had a full basment that was a raw basment. Dave helped with design ideas and layout then preformed the work. He had sugested a bathroom and that was a great idea. He did a great job and what was once unused space is now a place we spend a lot of time.

Dave Miles recently remodeled 2 of my 3 bathrooms and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the customer service. Dave is very organized and detail oriented. He worked hard to provide quality work within my budget. He made every effort to minimize the time the job took, ensuring that all of the materials were in before the work began and scheduling his subs appropriately so we didn't have any days without work being done.
