My first experience with Visentin was fine. They were prompt and helpful. However the following appointments with them were horrible. I had to call several times to schedule and reschedule appointments because they did not show when they said John would give vague time frames "I'll try to make it out this week if not then next week." He used that line often. He also never came to any of the appointments. I get if your the owner your busy, but if you have a customer repeatedly calling for help you would think he would come out to see what's wrong. We had a leaky valve that needed to be replaced

I called Visentin plumbing for a quote on replacing our boiler, John came the same day and explained that we didn't need a new boiler, it was a minor valve that needed to be replaced. It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there that don't take advantage of customers. Highly recommend.
