I contacted Hector because of all the great reviews. The reviews of Mr. Pipe were spot on. He was honest, clean, and professional. No hidden cost. Installed a back flow valve on my sewer line because of the recent storm.

A Home Depot affiliate installed a new Rheem 50 gallon hot water heater a little less than a year ago. The pilot light mechanism on the heater failed and Rheem sent me a replacement gas valve. Once the new valve arrived I contacted Mr. Pipe and was able to schedule a service call for the next day. Hector from Mr. Pipe arrived right on schedule and was able to swap out the valves and get the hot water heater up and running with great dispatch and without issue. Hector is a very nice individual and the consummate professional. I can say without reservation that Mr. Pipe gives superb value and I recommend

Hector was referred to me. When I called in the morning he told me what the issue was over the phone and said he can swing by the same day. Called me in the afternoon and installed water pressure valve and replaces rusted water gauge within 45 min. He was honest and explained everything to me. Will definitely use him for any plumbing relates issues.

Called Hector through someone’s Facebook recommendation at 9am on a Monday, he was in my house before 10am and completed the faucet and drain repair by 11:30. He and his partner were professional, courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. Super clean, wore masks and shoe covers the entire time. Very satisfied. Will highly recommend to anyone, and will use his services again in the future.
