I've been a customer of Metric Plumbing for years and their work has always been extremely high quality but tonight was a different kind of situation; I had a true emergency and it was after hours. I was able to connect with the owner (Gary Jr.) and, within 15 minutes, he was at my home investigating the issue. He immediately diagnosed the issue, devised a plan/solution, and put us on the path to having it resolved urgently (which included his help in connecting with the Township Water Department after hours for a piece of the work that could only be performed by them). I have been looking for a reliable, professional, fair pricing plumber for years. I had a leak that they diagnosed in 10 mins. Second job had a leaks from a shut off valve. They showed up on time, friendly, and great clean work. Don’t go anywhere else. Metric are my plumbers for years to come.

Called Metric to come do a standard AC maintenance on a new home we purchased. Wanted to try a local business to see if they were worth it.
Long story short, they found a major problem with our old HVAC unit that wasn't a straight-forward fix. Gary came by to fully explain the problem and possible solutions. Left it up to us to determine what we wanted to do. He provided many options and fully explained what each would cost and what it would entail. Ended up using them to fully replace our HVAC system. The whole time the crew was professional and respectful of our property.

We had a mini split HVAC system installed in less than a week. Metric arranged everything - buying the system, getting the permits, arranging for the electricians, doing all the work, and sending us the necessary paperwork to get our system registered with the company. We were new to the area and found Metric based on their great reviews. They showed up quickly and on time to check our home, and got a quote to us ASAP. When I called to ask a couple of questions and schedule the work, each person I talked to was fantastic. John showed up to do the work and was really friendly, professional, and thorough. I called Metric plumbing in the middle of the summer when my outside AC unit went. Gary was able to get his team over to the house with a brand new unit the very next day.. the job was finished by the afternoon and the temperature in my house was back to normal.. they were very professional, inspected their work, and made us feel like we got great service.. we will definitely use them again for any plumbing or ac issues

Gary, Sal and the entire staff at Metric are considerate, knowledgeable and dependable. We can rely on them to respond to our plumbing and heating needs, regardless of the day or hour. Example: The boiler in our rental property failed in the middle of the pandemic, and Gary, Sal and their crew were able to replace it within a few days, even though it was a very complicated job, involving the chimney liner being replaced and all that goes with a steam heating system in a 100+ year old house.
