For more than 20 years, Cutter Construction Inc. has been building relationships, trust and dreams with our customers and the Greater Cincinnati Community. We are active as a commercial builder, remodeler, and homebuilder (primarily in the custom home market) and believe that no project is too big or small for our team.
In addition to custom home and residential remodeling work, Cutter Construction completes a number of commercial additions, renovations, and building projects every year. We provide expertise to help businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies, large and small, meet their needs for expansion or other renovations.

Cutter Custom Homes is proud to be the home builder. Jim Cutter applied for a five-year wait to be the president of the Home Builders Association of Kentucky in 2008 - about the same time as the U.S. housing market. Did you know that November is National Entrepreneurship Month? When I was growing up, the offices of Cutter Construction were based out of our family home, and I feel lucky.

I needed some work done and needed it done within a very tight timeframe. These guys came and gave me an estimate the same day I called them and got started the next day. Not to mention they did an awesome job and they even vacuumed after they were done. These guys rock. This is how businesses and contractors should be!

Cutter Construction did a fabulous job building my dream front porch!
