Triversity Construction Group
Our approach to building is to apply the right combination of people, technology and process to enable teams to deliver on our promise of an outstanding customer experience. Construction is a commodity and virtually all construction companies make the same claims. We all use the latest field management technology.

We all build using the best processes. We all say our people are our biggest asset and safety is our number one priority. So, what is the difference in construction companies? The difference is in How They Build. At TriVersity Construction, we never stop working on a better way. From how we communicate with our customers to how we research and develop new approaches-as good as we are, it is never good enough! Many commercial construction companies can build-TriVersity Construction is Building A Better Way.
Services
We are commercial building contractors and we recognize each project can have multiple "customers". To satisfy all of them, we focus on their individual needs, goals, and objectives. Our customers include the buyer of the construction services, the end user of the construction outcomes and the users who are occupying nearby space during construction.
TriVersity is rooted in a well-defined foundation that drives our approach to business and ultimately creates the value for our customers and other stakeholders (community, employees, owners). To make the point that a diverse and inclusive company like ours can compete with the best in the industry and win the best customers.
When it comes to laying a strong foundation, TriVersity is not just focused on construction. We believe local involvement and investment are pillars of a prosperous company and community. Below is a partial list of the organizations we support either financially or through volunteerism and community service.
TCF also performs general requirements work necessary to support safety and other typically required carpentry/labor needs during construction. Skip Tillar, division manager is responsible for business development, estimating new work and managing day-to-day operations of TCF. Skip holds a B.S. in construction management and has over 35 years' experience in the construction industry.
We recognize each project can have a number of customers. To satisfy all of them, we focus on their individual goals, objectives, and needs - including the buyer of the construction services, the end user of the construction outcomes and the users who are occupying nearby spaces during construction.

For no reason and with no sense of urgency they blocked Court St for 30 minutes. They easily could have dumped into a wheel barrel. Lazy and uncaring.
