Services
The Robinson Family has been serving Gainesville and the Alachua County area since 1958, and this is our story. Scott Robinson has been in the building business all his life. Scott and the firm bearing his name are end points of a non-traditional career path. During his senior year at Buchholz High School in Gainesville, FL, he was involved in a special program that allowed him to go to work after his first three classes in the morning.
You love where you live - but within your four walls feels cramped and outdated. Since Gainesville is an established town, it's common to live in a home that's outdated, plain and simple. Fortunately, there's no need to move away from a neighborhood and community you love simply because your home is too small or outdated.
Design-Build is all about simplifying and streamlining the home building process. In the traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery method, you work with an architect to design your home. With the architects schematic drawings in hand, next you'd bid out the project and select a different home building firm to handle the construction.

RRCH completed a large remodel on our kitchen and Florida room last year. They stayed within budget, and did an amazing job! The best part of the job was working with Jason to design our new living space! He really brought our ideas to life and found creative solutions for our needs. His office was always responsive to my many questions, and I would highly recommend them!

Alright so before we get started I'll change my review once these items get addressed. This company was hired by the HOA replace siding. After my unit was done it took about a month for them to put the screen door back on, I have a ripped screen, a broken window. My neighbor has nails that went through the drywall on the inside. I reported these to the company almost 6 weeks ago now and nothing has been fixed. The workers were outside using my water to wash their personal vehicles. I was told I was going to be reimbursed for the water bill 2 months ago. Still haven't seen that yet. The workers
