Every home is unique to the site and can change based on the site, budgets, and personal tastes! The Dobro is an American instrument that became a staple in bluegrass music after its introduction by Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs in the 1950's. Today, the Dobro III design by MossCreek follows in its namesake's footsteps by creating a relaxed farmhouse exterior, while offering a layout suited for modern living.
This smaller modern home is an excellent plan for those wanting to downsize. It is packed with luxurious features including a large vaulted great room and kitchen, three bedrooms with the master having its own suite and has vaulted ceilings throughout the house. A large sliding glass door unit invites you outside to an elegant patio and timber awning to relax.
Throughout these phases of construction, there will be multiple sites and budget meetings where we are there to help you with decisions and budget issues to ensure we remain on task. Building is always a stressful process, but Matt Noss was exceptional! His calm demeanor was crucial in the construction of our very unique mid-century modern inspired home. He worked well with our West Coast Architect, Robert Nebolon. Matt knows some of the best sub-contractors in the business, and they seemed to trust, and respect him implicitly, showing up on time, and delivering high-quality workmanship. While we are now in our "forever home" if we DID build again, we wouldn't hesitate to call Matt!
