Renovations are not the easiest. We recently renovated our main floor with master on the main. Knocked out walls, took things in two of the rooms to bare studs and subfloor. Rerouted plumbing, gas and electric. The general contractors and subs are very busy right now (mid 2021). Renovations are not as high priority as new construction, where a sub is working on multiple units. New construction is booming and they are running from job to job.
