Amazing experience! We had pocket doors installed where there was just a wall. Tri Town had to break down the wall, build and insert frames and rebuild, texture and paint the wall. The project is complete and you would never know those pocket doors were not part of the original build! From Don, a master carpenter who took care of our home like it was his own, to Junior, a fabulous painter who was so meticulous that he wouldnt leave until it was perfect, to Jay, the project supervisor who was here at least twice a day checking on his crew and the workmanship...this was a fantastic experience. I hired TriTown to do major repairs post IRMA on a rental property I own in Bonita Springs. They did the tear out but would not cooperate with my insurance carrier, costing me thousands of dollars in reimbursements. This, after repeated calls to them by myself and the insurance adjuster. I paid them over $14000 for work performed but they would not supply my insurance carrier appropriate records. I wound up hiring another contractor to do the actual restoration.
After I filed a complaint with the BBB, I was threatened by Kevin Smith of TriTown. He threatened to go to code enforcement with bogus
