Absolutely the worst company ever to deal with. They installed gutters and replaced facia on our home. When Clayton came to give me the estimate he spoke to me and I told him I would like a quote for gutters as well as replacing the pieces, fascia, that had paint peeling. I did not walk him around in fact I asked him did he need me to be with him, I was busy when he came, and he said no he would walk around and send me the quote. I recieved quote and agreed to price. Now installed there are pieces of the fascia not replaced. still paint chipped off, guttering to long, guttering leaning off of the

After a storm I had several missing shingles! My shingles on my roof are discontinued but Robco was very thorough in getting the closest match possible. A simple reasonably priced service call and my repairs were taken care of in a urgent manner! The crew was very professional and cleaned up all of their debris upon completion. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

I called Robco to check our downspouts to see if they were draining correctly. The office staff was very polite and quickly contacted someone to come to my house. Joey responded to my call & walked me thru every step of how the gutter drains & any damage it could cause. He attached different downspouts to illustrate how each will drain. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very patient while we decided the best solution. Robco is very professional company, great to do business with!

I called them 2 weeks ago for some siding and flashing help. A nice lady over the phone said that she would have the project manager contact me the following the day...
Today, March 24... 3 working men come to my door and say that they are here to replace siding and some other stuff? Everyone was professional, but no one contacted me or told me that they were coming over with no estimate? Just randomly showed up?
I WOULD NOT recommend this company!!

Robco Residential has been super helpful in all the repairs I have needed over the years. They have reasonable pricing and they had my roof repaired the same day the guys came out. All in one go! I experienced great customer service and communication and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

This is my second issue with this company since my house was built in 2018. Yes less than 2 yrs. Their warranty is no warranty at all for a major roofing company. 1 yr workmanship. I get better warranty coverage from on my oil change. Now we have a leak on the porch from the shooty roof job and they want $300 to come take a look. The builder left us high and dry on this too. Never buy a house from Caviness and Cates and make sure this jacklegg roofing company is not installing your roof.

Our home was built in 2005. We had storm damage to our siding and contacted Robco, since they were the original contractor. We were very happy with their service. Over the years we have used them again, with the last time being this year (2020), and their services continue to be professional. We later had them install gutters. Again, great service. Some of these reviews make little sense. Again, we have used them several times with zero complaints. In fact, the workmen are always helpful and friendly.

I had solar lights installed. They are wonderful. So much light. The crew worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards. Even trimmed a tree to ensure maximum light. They were very courteous and answered all questions. I was so pleased with a recommendation from a neighbor for their services.

After large hail damaged our Shingles and Gutters back in May 2019 we were approached by several roofing and gutter companies in our neighborhood. We finally decided to select Robco Residential because of the Professional manner we were approached with by Clay Roberts. Clay is a very nice guy that will do what he says. Due to the back log and number of homes damaged it took a while for our turn and were very pleased with the good job and quick turnaround by Robco. Clay was there and made sure all was completed correctly on time . The new roof and gutters matched great. I would highly recommend

I know that Robco is getting a lot of flack and I can only speak from experience. Ronnie personally came out to my house and fixed up my roof. He was less expensive that his competitors and did a really great job. This was in July 2019, so far the roof has been perfect. I like him and will continue using him in the future.

Do not use this company for you house!!! I purchased my home a year ago in a small community. The builder used Robco Residential to do my trim and siding. He used faulty materials and my trim is peeling and looks awful!! In fact, in a review done my neighbor, she has stated that it's 5 homes in the development this is happening to. Apparently he doesn't keep records of who he obtains materials from. This seems "shady" in itself. This makes our homes and neighborhood look trashy!! A decent contractor would replace all our homes trim work at no cost and stand by his work and materials

I decided to reverse my one star rating to a four star rating. Long story short, I was selling my home and another leak was found, as was some minor flashing problems. I was able to get in contact with the owner of Robco and explain the issues I've had. He was apologetic and sent a guy out the same week to repair the flashing and patch an area in the roof that was overlooked by the previous contractor without charge. I'm still out money from the previous repair, but I'm fine with that. I'll eat part of that blame for not trying harder to contact the owner about problems. He

Don't use this roofer!! Left wood exposed in the rain and then shingled on top of it leaving puckering shingles. Also, when we had to reroof the entire house again (use Baker Roofing who were great), they found a one foot hole in the roof under the shingles! No supervisor on site. Bent several gutters. etc.
