Excellent friendly service. It was super easy to schedule, they arrived promptly and quick to install the thermostat, service the unit and install a UV light. They first inspected the unit and then went over the pricing per item before starting the work, which I appreciated. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any needs in the future.

Overall excellent service. Roy came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was back early the next day to replace the motor blower and was done in less than an hour. Roy is very professional explained the problem very well and alternatives to fixing the problem

Ray specd out a replacement for an old problematic ac unit. He offered a fair price on a good product, and I knew he did good work replacing the other unit a few years ago. His team showed up right on time, and wasted no time getting to work. Everything was done carefully (drop cloths, cleanup) and neatly, and quick, too. His guys are top notch and competent, and I know Ray stands behind his work. You can't get the best service for the lowest price, but i believe A-plus delivers the absolute best value and experience.

Five stars for the business and Ray the technician. Ray knows his business,he was thorough. He educated me while working and suggested what was needed. With the knowledge I gained helped me decide what preventive repairs I should ask him to do. He didn't pressure me to do extra repairs . He answered all my questions, charged fair price for the work done. His visit was more than satisfactory. I will definitely use this business again.will recommend this business to everyone. I called A-Plus because I had a particular question about an American Standard air conditioning unit. I simply picked them out of the blue. Ray, the owner, actually was the person who called me back. Not only did he spend about 15 minutes with me on the phone, he answered all of my questions and provided me with extremely valuable information which will help me in the design of my new system. I had a great experience using APlus. We have lived in this home in Sugar Land for over 15 years. I did the standard get three quotes thing, but on the first visit with Ariel, I knew I was going to go with them.
I had all Heating, and A/C replaced. What I didn’t expect was their thoroughness. Ducts replace when able, every vent replaced (both intake and outbound cooling vents.) and a new Wi-fi Smart Thermostat.
We were financed through Green Sky over the amount quoted, but Ariel’s quote never exceeded his bid. (Later I just paid off the Green Sky loan with a credit card transfer at 3% over
