So I would like to start out by saying that these guys did a good job. However Ron and I agreed on a price to replace one load bearing wall and alter another load bearing wall so I could install a pocket door in the hallway. When him and I first spoke he was going to have to add beams to the hallway door which helped explain some of the price. I asked him clearly the day of the quote if it was load bearing and he said yes. With that being said all that was done to that was rising out the existing frame work and add a 2x4 to the top. We have had several projects done by Ron Ardary Construction including extensive hurricane damage repair, a total master bath remodel, a backyard fire repair and replacement and most recently a flooding issue from a broken pipe. Ron has ALWAYS responded very quickly; the work has been completed on schedule and the quality of the work has been exceptional. ALL of his crew members are very professional, talented and courteous. They leave their work areas very clean at the end of every day. We cannot say enough nice things about this company!

We used Ron in 2015. This was by far the worst experience ever! We agreed to half the money upfront and the other half when the job was completed. He very shortly into the project starts demanding more money. When we told him no he was extremely rude. He wouldn’t pay his employees and on one particular day they refused to come and and work until they got paid. They told me Ron told them that we were refusing to pay. I tried to explain that we already gave him the first half of the money. My house was flooded by his plumber and the drywall was so bad, after asking them to redo it 3 time, my husband

Ron added on to my house might be and understatement. He doubled the size of my house. It was extremely stressful at times because my kids and I lived in the house while construction was going on. He was amazing. Did everything he said he would!!! He made sure everyone cleaned up after themselves, and the people he had do the work were all great. I am extremely happy with how the house turned out!
