Secured Roofing did an amazing job. They were on time and made sure I was aware of the changed needed because of weather. They cleaned up the area, even going back over the grass twice with a magnet to make sure they found all the nails that might have been lost. I would highly recommend them!!

I was shopping locally when an employee of this company came into the same store I was in (I saw the company truck he was in, plus uniform shirt). While in the store, he was on the phone speaking very loudly about a personal matter, and was also using very colorful language (B & MFer for example). I am aware that people are free to speak about whatever they would like to, however I would hope that this company's employees would be more mindful of how they are acting while representing the company in public.

The roof looks amazing and did it all in one day, gutters were a different story. Took about a week to get them.installed but I had no correspondence or date for the gutter installation. Other than that it was a great company to work with!!!!!

Finally a company that returns phone calls! This process couldn't have been any easier! Stephan Rawls was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job of staying on top of this for us as well as staying in contact with us when issues did arise. Fortunately, I didn't have to deal with insurance, so that was a non issue, but this was the 3rd roofing company we had hired in the span of 6 months. And the first company we didn't have to fire! Highly recommended and affordable!

Great Company! We had a small leak that was causing mold on our ceiling. We had paid a “handyman” company to fix it a few weeks ago, only to find the leak was still there. Joe made a long drive to our house and correctly fixed the issue for a great price! He was professional, courteous and kept us updated on his arrival. Thanks Joe!

Horrible company. They messed up my insurance report by stating the damage to my roof happened over a year ago. The insurance company denied my claim solely based on that date - even though there was really no way to determine what the actual date of damage was. This company cost me a fortune due to their negligence in ignorance of what insurance covers.

the new roof installation and the
workers were there at 6:15 am and the
new roof was installed (with clean-up)
by 1:00 pm. We had a downpour a few
days later and no leaks were found!
Chris Culig and Alex Reyes were easy
to work with and they know the
roofing business and what needs to

Honestly it’s who I recommend. Jeremy came out to my parents’ house and went the extra mile to drive to my house to get signatures ( almost an hour from my parents) not once but 2.5 times. ( I had fallen asleep and woke up after our set time but he turned around when I called ). It has been a sensitive time with the death of my mother occurring during this process. He was professional, courteous and sensitive to our family and for that I’m forever grateful.
