The firm's mission is to provide commercial construction services in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Lacey Construction was always an end goal for Chuck. He grew up working for Wahoo Concrete Products, a company founded by his grandfather Robert Beaman.

Wonderful customer support and a great experience working with Tobin. Tobin and his team over at Lacey Construction look at all aspects of a project, meaning they figure all cost expected into a bid.
They consider any foundation work, tree removal, flood plains, inspections, and all overhead cost. Giving the customer an accurate answer throughout the building process.
