New construction in East Naples off 41, great amenities already in, sold out in the lower price ranges (400's) so resales that are available quickly are something to watch for. Custom homes still being built in the higher price ranges (1M+). Interesting location about 15 min from Marco Island and Isles of Capri, about 25 minutes to Downtown Naples, 5th Ave and beaches. Huge new Publix Shopping Center going up 1 mile away, additional big box and other shopping 2 miles away.

Amazing gated beautiful community with beautiful homes and amenities lakes, boating, beach, resort and lap pools, new fitness center, tiki bar, club house and cafe. Also active tennis and pickleball courts and pro.
Moved from DC and best decision. Naples Reserve is only 10 miles to Marco island and Naples beaches and downtown. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy resort vacation inspired lifestyle. Residents are friendly and socialable. I bought a beautiful DR Horton home. There are other builders too.

Naples Reserve is paradise- tucked away but 15 minutes to Marco 20 to downtown. 2 miles to shopping and restaurants.
It's like a Caribbean resort walk in pool, nice clubhouse, small but good cafe, exercise room, dog parks , 22 lakes! Hidden away off 41 over a mile to gate house dog and kid friendly- no golf so low cost!!! Landscaping Amazing.

A hidden gem of Naples! Gorgeous pool, great amenities. Latitudes Cafe has a nice menu for lunch or dinner. Dog parks, playground, even a deserted island! A very well thought-out development for both retirees and families.

Heard great things about this community so my husband and I went to check it out. Really nice sales center with cool fish tank! The amenities are amazing and the model homes were gorgeous.
