I did a remodel on a small condominium and installed ceramic tile flooring. The place was a mess, obviously, and the floors just full of dust.
The owner, I believe his name was Ali, came out promptly, cleaned the floors and worked around all the furniture. He also sealed my grout.
They charged a fair price, and I was extremely satisfied. Would recommend to others!

Found a dealer to come stretch out carpet. They reached out to me and asked what needed to be done. They showed up within 24 hours we discussed price and they did the work in a timely manner. They claimed work they did was worth more but since we came to a price prior they accepted what they said. Will use again if needed as the work done was quick and professionally done.

So disappointed...
Was 2.5 hours late from appointment window. They didn't call to tell me that though. I had to call 3 times (once each hour) to finally get an ETA. Then they charged a 5 dollar credit card fee which was not mentioned in the ad or contract. Ad was for 5 rooms for $49.95. We had them clean 3 rooms and a small area rug and they still charged us full amount and tried to upsell by adding carpet conditioner to water. Steam clean was nothing more than water. Did not remove normal pet stains that come up easily with spot remover. Our rug did look a little better than before which is
