I worked with Kerry to schedule the floor installation. I was originally going to do tile floors throughout the house but Kerry convinced me that the luxury vinyl that they wanted to install was quicker, a little cheaper, and had the same durability and look as tile. We looked at several pieces and, standalone, the vinyl looked pretty good.

I had a large remodel done by PDS they took twice as long as they said they could. Workers were rude, condescending, and haphazard. Cigarettes on my driveway, nails left all over my house and lawn, SO MANY ISSUES. Now they were supposed to come back for all the little things they didn't do or have to fix and I CANT GET THEM TO SCHEDULE A DATE. Beware of this company the aggravation is not worth it. CANT GET THEM TO FINISH THE JOB! Most workers are disrespectful, leave doors open, allow my dogs to get out because they can't close a gate or door. This is a boys club even called me a

Although the guys who did our work were decent, the sales guy Cari was a joke and so was the owner Johnny. Never came back to finish our floors, transitions, etc. over charged for things they didn't do. Cari never returned our phone calls once he heard the floors were cracking, After repeated attempts over a few months, I called Johnny who stated he would call Cari and call me back. Never heard from him either until I called my bank to dispute my payment of what was not done.

This company is AWFUL! Worst customer experience I have had in 40 years of home improvement. We were supposed to have a simple job done - replace carpet in 3 bedrooms and hardwood in an office with new engineered hardwood flooring. The project started late - the only way I found out about the delay was calling to confirm the next day appointment. It was supposed to take 2 days, but took over 14 and never was completed. I was doing most of the work from Day 1. I had to finish tearing out the carpet/pad and prep the floors due to the crew leader's emergency situation. Day 2 no one showed

I had 3 bedrooms with carpet. PDS removed and disposed of the carpet and installed laminate that matched my existing laminate. I met with Johnny earlier in the week and we scheduled the install for that Friday. The two installers showed up right on time and worked hard. They finished in one day and the floors and trim look great. I would definitely hire again.

After job completed and done - I WOULD NOT hire again. The owner too much a salesman not caring about the customer only there pocketbook. I feel I got shorted BIGTIME on padding, too late now floor layed (don't have enough money for a attorney to take to court) probably lost 2K since job was 9K with installation.

Johnny B and his team (Tim, Regis and others) are the BEST!
Don't be fooled by the name of this company they are a general contractor and they do so much more than floors. I've used them to do several jobs since Sept and have more work in the near future to have them do.
I found Johnny on Thumbtack and happy I did. I was moving back to the tampa bay and wanted work on my property before we moved back down. Knowing we wanted to remodel most of our house I gave him a laundry list of things I wanted done and asked for prices. He came in a reasonable prices and made a few great suggestions

Very disappointed that this company did not follow through on the timing and terms of my tile installation. I had to fire them. I'm still waiting for the refund of my down payment. Their price was high, but I figured that would include better service. I was wrong. PDS was assigned to my project by a company called Installation Made Easy, whose brochure was given to me at the time I purchased my tile from Floor & Decor.
