Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

I had a drain in my basement that was backing up every time I ran my washing machine or flushed the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! I called on a Sunday around 3pm and they were out within 1 hour. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and assessed the situation and gave me options. About an hour and a half later everything was fixed, he even hosed down the floor where all the sewer drainage was in the basement to make it easier to clean.
